It was very easy to install even though I,m 72 years old I would recomend using plugnplay

My overall experience is good. took me forever to figure out where and how to terminate ground, The other thing is that My horn beeps 3 times when I press the lock button on the key 3 times to start the car.. Probably because I did not connect the horn wire. Overall good experience.

I give it 3/5 stars because overall I'm grateful this product exists, and you can upgrade an older car to have remote start. I think it's a pretty good value for what I paid for the kit, and to hire someone to install it for me. Unfortunately, this kit doesn't seem to fit well inside the steering column hood of my 2012 Honda Civic. There is a open gap around my ignition and at first, the steering wheel rubbed against the hood because it was too high with the kit installed. I had a lifelong auto mechanic install it, and he said there really was no way he could fit it back on. I emailed Joe with Plug 'n Play about it and he never wrote me back to help me if there was something me and my mechanic were missing. So I was a little disappointed about that. Ultimately, it works which has been great to have remote start for warming up my car in the winter since I don't have a garage.
