Guy is very smart when it comes to fortin remote starters. But has very poor communication. If you chat him he dosent answer. Then when you call him he talks to you like your ******. Im ok with that I would rather deal with a guy who dosent have any communication skills and knows his stuff vs a guy who says he knows everything who dosent know anything.. very easy install. All instructions included. Called him 3 times prior to install and he was not very receptive to my calls. Asked about takeover which it stalls when you open door. Asked about programming was told I was overthinking it. Didn't know I was receiving fortin product until I received it. All is good with product. Received installed works great. Didn't say I had to do part 2 programming. Which is easy once I knew about it. Could have said that on website. But by then he no longer wants to talk to you. dont order this unless you have some automotive electrical and maintenance experience. Push OEM remote Lock 3x to start. I would order again for what it's worth. Found him on youtube, did no know what I was getting into. In hind sight I should have ordered and just waited to receive the kit before I called. But his website leaves to many questions.

He called me before to ask me what car I have. And my car needs an adapter he did not send along I called he said they don't have an adapter in stock he will call me when he has more info .and I'm still waiting for a call back.I cut he wires and connected coler to coler and still does not work
