Won't be buying here again
Since I got the email asking for feedback, here we go. I purchased the harness and LC2i pro kit. The harness would only output full range. For whatever reason, this harness didn't work for me, a stereo shop was doing this work. Ultimately they just tapped the rear sub and it worked fine. After having to threaten with bad feedback, I finally get a response. We agreed to send the harness back and I would get a refund and I would get reimbursed for shipping. I shipped the harness back, a week later, had to threaten again with a credit card charge back before I got a response. Seller calls me, rude as all hell, saying his harness was perfect and blah blah blah, whatever, it DIDN"T work for my vehicle (2021 Explorer ST). I got refunded for the harness yet I had to eat shipping ($15) which I was told I wouldn't. The owner of this company is rude, judgmental, doesn't care what you have to say, and customer service is NON EXISTENT when it comes to any issues (Other reviews have said the same thing). I'm only writing this because I have an email asking for feedback, so here it is. :)

Overall good experience with the product. The plug and play harness is of great quality and it works just as it should. LC2i pro works great especially in combination with the kicker 500 amp although I'm still working on the tuning aspect. The only complaint was I have was the level of engagement in assistance when I had experienced an issue with calling for support. Not at fault to them but my subwoofer was defective (kicker 8"), when i called in to ask questions just to make sure a default setting wasn't the reason behind what I was experiencing I didn't get a response like technical assistance was wanted to be given. I would still recommend this product as it is of great quality, and I do on a normal basis when asked an opinion on audio system upgrade components to use (I work at a Ford dealer).

Sent 2 emails and place multiple phone calls to the customer support contacts that was sent to me in a business card with the product I purchased. I was never replied to with help. Probably a quick fix also.
